Using this website
137Foundry LLC owns and operates WellStay and provides this website to explain WellStay and help organizations contact us. Use it lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or submit another person’s confidential information through public contact channels. WellStay branding and original website content belong to 137Foundry LLC or their respective owners.
Product information and organization agreements
Website descriptions and pricing help you evaluate WellStay. A demo request is not a purchase, an activated account, or a promise that every planned feature is available. Organization access, subscription terms, service scope, and applicable data-processing arrangements are established through the organization’s agreement and approval process. That agreement governs the subscribed service.
Responsible use of the application
Only authorized users may access private workspaces. Organizations are responsible for their permitted use, staff authorization, and the information they enter. Keep credentials private and notify us about suspected unauthorized access. WellStay is organizational software; it does not replace professional judgment, provide medical advice, or function as an emergency service.
WellStay operational SMS program
WellStay, operated by 137Foundry LLC, offers optional transactional text notifications to consenting staff, account users, residents, and authorized contacts. Messages may include reminders, schedule or task updates, account notices, and prompts to review information in the secure application. This program is not for promotional campaigns or emergency response. Delivery requires enabled messaging, recorded consent and any required number verification.
Consent and enrollment
SMS requires an affirmative agreement to receive the described notifications at the recipient’s number. Consent may be recorded through the application’s notification workflow or documented by authorized staff using the supported written or verbal consent process. Providing a phone number or being added as a staff member, user, or resident does not alone enroll a person. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing the service. See SMS communications for more information.
Frequency and rates
Message frequency varies according to account activity, schedules, and the notifications selected. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless charges are determined by your mobile provider.
Stopping messages and getting help
When the SMS program is active, reply STOP to a WellStay message to cancel SMS notifications. You may receive a final confirmation. Reply HELP for help, email support@wellstaycare.com, or use our contact form. You may also withdraw consent through your available account notification controls or ask authorized staff to record the withdrawal. An opt-out does not close your WellStay account.
Delivery and phone numbers
Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Keep your phone number current and notify us or your organization if it changes. Do not rely on text messages for emergencies, urgent clinical decisions, or time-critical care.
Messaging privacy
We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent records for third-party marketing or promotional use. Messaging providers may process this information to deliver and support the service. Read our Privacy Policy.
